Eligibility for Returns

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, most food items are non-returnable unless they meet specific conditions mentioned below.

Returnable Items

We accept returns only for:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

These may qualify for return, replacement, or refund after verification by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Discounted or promotional items, unless defective

Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • All labels and seals are intact

  • Clear photos of the issue are provided

  • The package opening video is shared in case of damage claims

If these conditions are not met, Bhoomika reserves the right to reject the return request.

Refund Process

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only for approved returnable items and processed through the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: Within 7–10 business days after verification

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days, depending on your bank

  • UPI / Wallets: 2–3 business days after processing

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

If you receive:

  • Damaged products

  • Expired products

  • Wrong products

We may offer:

  • Replacement product (subject to availability)
    or

  • Full refund if replacement is unavailable

Return Shipping Charges

If the issue is on our side

For defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect products, Bhoomika will cover the return shipping cost.
