A Blend That Fills You Up

At Bhoomika, we wanted one blend that does a little more. Something that fills you up, not just tops you up. So, ABC with Multigrains brings together our usual apple, beetroot, and carrot with wheat, corn, sprouted ragi, green gram, horse gram, and barley. All of it comes in one 400g pack.

The Same Trusted Base, With Added Grains

The fruit and vegetable base stays the same one we use in our plain ABC Powder. You still get natural sweetness from apple, along with the goodness of beetroot and carrot. However, what makes this one different is the grains. Ragi, in particular, is worth calling out. It’s one of the richest plant sources of calcium, and it actually carries more calcium per 100g than whole milk. That’s part of why it’s used so widely across Indian households.

Add horse gram and green gram to that, and you get a blend that’s naturally higher in protein and fibre too. On top of that, wheat, corn, and barley bring extra energy to the mix.

A Filling, Everyday Choice
